桂枝与桂枝汤对大鼠发汗作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较桂枝与桂枝汤对大鼠的发汗作用,为揭示桂枝汤的配伍机制提供可能依据。方法将SD大鼠随机分为空白组、桂枝组和桂枝汤组,每组20只。分别给大鼠灌服等量生理盐水、桂枝、桂枝汤,30min后观察大鼠后足跖肉垫汗腺分泌着色点数和分泌量。结果桂枝组大鼠足趾汗腺着色点数及足趾汗腺分泌量明显多于桂枝汤组及空白组(P<0.01)。结论桂枝对大鼠足趾汗腺分泌作用明显优于桂枝汤。Objective To observe and compare the diaphoretic function of Guizhi（Cinnamon twig）and Guizhi Decoction（decoction of Cinnamon twig）to explore the connotation of compatibility in Guizhi Decoction.Methods SD rats were divided into the blank group,Guizhi group,and Guizhi Decoction group,20 in each.They were given normal saline,Guizhi,and Guizhi Decoction respectively through intragastric feeding in equal amount for 30 minutes.The number of sweat secretion spots in the posterior sweat glands of＇ toes,and the quantity of sweat secretion in the posterior sweat glands of＇ toes were observed.Results The number of sweat secretion spots and the quantity of sweat secretion in the posterior sweat glands of＇ toes in the Guizhi group was significantly more than that of Guizhi Decoction group and in the blank group（P0.01）.Conclusion The diaphoretic function of Guizhi was obviously better than that of Guizhi Decoction.
