摘 要:钢铁企业是国家发展循环经济、深化节能减排的重点行业。实施钢铁企业能源管理信息系统,加强能源管理,是企业推进节能减排的重要管理措施。钢铁企业使用和再利用的能源种类多,结构复杂,各类能源既相对独立又相互关联,其生产、供给和利用是一个复杂的交织在一起的能源网络。在对钢铁企业各类能源种类、特点及相互关系进行系统研究的基础上,通过对我国钢铁企业能源管理信息系统现状及要求的分析,提出了钢铁企业能源管理创新与发展的新思路,描述了能源预测模型、能源平衡模型和能源系统优化模型,并对如何建立钢铁企业能源管理信息系统作了深入思考,为钢铁企业推进能源管理信息化建设提供了借鉴和参考。Iron and steel industry is the national focus in developing circular economy and promoting energy saving.Building up energy management information systems to strengthen energy management is important managerial and infrastructural approach for enterprises to bolster energy saving.The energy sources that are generated and/or utilized in iron and steel processes are diversified in terms of the types and structures of the energy.Production,supplying and utilization of different kinds of energy in iron and steel processes are superimposed multiple interconnections upon their relative independency from place to place,forming effectively a complicated energy network.Based on systemic investigation of characteristics and interrelation of different types of energy and analysis of energy management information systems,new concepts for upgrading energy information system in steel corporation are proposed.The models of energy forecasting,energy balance and energy system optimization are conceptually described.Further discussions on the structure and the interfaces of energy management information system are made in the last part of the paper aiming to benefit optimization of energy structure and improvement of energy utilization efficiency in steel corporations.
