摘　　要：介绍现场总线模块原理及FC200现场总线模块产品的特点,结合转炉工艺特点配置系统硬件及设置参数;根据转炉工艺要求介绍编程要点。FC200现场总线模块是成熟的产品,经现场应用结果表明它能出色应用在冶金等行业,相比传统集中式系统节约大量有色金属,减少自动化系统的整体投资,提高可靠性,方便维护。Principle of fieldbus module and features of FC200 products are introduced.System hardware and parameters are configured according to technological features of converter.Points of programming is presented in accordance with requirements of converter process.FC200 fieldbus module is a mature product.Field application has proved that FC200 fieldbus module can be applied brilliantly in metallurgical industry etc.In contrast to the DCS,a large quantities of nonferrous metal is saved,overall investment of automation system is reduced,system reliability is improved,and maintenance is easy.
