摘  要:建立了测定阿莫西林的共振瑞利散射法。在pH 9.98的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,阿莫西林和维多利亚蓝B相互作用后,共振瑞利散射显著增强,在337 nm处呈现最高散射强度。阿莫西林的质量浓度在0~0.4μg/mL范围内与ΔIRRS成正比,检出限(3Sb/S)为0.027μg/mL。该法简便、快速、灵敏,用于人体尿液、市售阿莫西林胶囊及注射用阿莫西林钠中阿莫西林的测定,结果满意。A novel high sensitive resonance rayleigh scattering(RRS) method for the determination of amoxicillin has been developed.In pH 9.98 Tris-HCl buffer solution,the RRS intensity of victoria blue B was greatly enhanced when amoxicillin was added.And the strongest ΔIRRS was located at 337 nm.The intensity of RRS was in proportion to the concentration of amoxicillin in the range of 0~0.4 μg/mL with a detection limit(3Sb/S) of 0.027 μg/mL.The method showed advantage of convenience,rapidity,high sensitivity and was applied in the determination of amoxicillin in human urine and amoxicillin capsule sample and amoxicillin injection sample in market with satisfactory results.
