摘  要:普光气田是目前中国已发现的最大的高含硫天然气田,天然气储层埋藏深,其天然气具有高温、高压、高含硫的特点,钻井面临喷、漏、塌、卡、斜、硬、毒等世界级难题。为此,围绕高含硫气井安全钻井技术、快速钻井技术和优质固井技术的科技攻关、配套和现场示范应用,形成了普光气田安全优快钻井集成配套技术:①配套了70 MPa封井器、内防喷工具组合为主的双加双井控装备,确定钻井液安全密度附加值,强化钻井液、加重料、堵漏材料的储备和硫化氢监测及检测,井控安全率达到了100%,井喷失控事故率为0;②普光陆相地层集成应用空气、雾化、泡沫、氮气、空气锤等钻井技术快速钻进易漏、易塌、地层出水出气等复杂地层,海相地层应用PDC+螺杆复合钻井技术,全井钻井周期平均缩短了33%,平均机械钻速提高了61.21%;③应用耐腐蚀防气窜胶乳水泥浆体系、高强低密度水泥浆体系并综合应用尾管悬挂、正注反挤、分级固井等工艺技术,技术套管固井合格率为94.7%,产层套管固井合格率达100%、优良率为83%。实现了该气田高含硫气井安全、快速、优质钻完井的目标。Deep buried gas reservoirs have been found in the Puguang Gas Field,where natural gas is characterized by high temperature,high pressure and a high H2S content,so drilling engineers have to face the great challenge of seven world-class drilling difficulties including blowout,mud loss,well slough,sticking,well deviation,hard formation,and toxic gas.In view of this,through tackling with key problems and performing a lot of field practices,we have formed a package of safe,fast and high-quality drilling technologies for the Puguang Gas Field.First,by the way of equipping with 'double plus double' well control outfit with a combination of 105 MPa blowout preventer and interior blowout prevention tools,determining an additional value of safe density window of drilling fluids,preparing weighting material and sealing agent,and monitoring H2S continuously,the well control safety rate of 100% and the blowout accident rate of zero have been both achieved.Second,as for the drilling in continental formation,the techniques of air drilling,atomized drilling,nitrogen drilling,air hammer drilling were applied to drill rapidly through the complicated formations;as for the marine formation,a combination of PDC bit and screw drilling was applied.As a result,the average drilling time for the whole well was shortened by 33%,and the average rate of penetration rate was increased by 61.21%.Third,the corrosion proof and gas block latex cement slurry system and high strength and low density slurry system were chosen,and the techniques of liner hanger,injecting positively & extruding oppositely and stage cementing were applied.Consequently,the acceptance rate of cementing of technical casing and production formation casing reached 94.7% and 100%,respectively,and the percentage of the excellent rate was 83%.With the above-mentioned package of drilling technologies,we have realized the target of fast,safe and high-quality drilling and completion of high H2S wells of the Puguang Gas Field.
