摘　　要：胰高血糖素样肽-1作为肠促胰岛素家族的一员，已被证实在2型糖尿病的治疗中起着重要作用，胰高血糖素样肽-1及其相关药物胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂和二肽基从酶Ⅳ抑制剂等已成为糖尿病治疗药物中的新成员。在对胰高血糖素样肽-1的临床应用及深入研究后人们逐渐对其在糖尿病外的治疗作崩引起了重视，本文就胰高血糖素样肽-1及其相关药物在心血管疾病中的作用作一综述。Glueagon - like peptide （ GLP - 1 ） is a number of the incretin family and plays an important role in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. GLP - 1 receptors activators and the inhibitors of dipeptidly peptidase （ DPP - IV ） aiming to potentiate the biological effects of GLP - 1 also have been approved for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. GLP - 1 may extend the benefits beyond glycemic control and insulin secretion. This paper reviews some effects of GLP - 1 on cardiovascular disease.
