摘　　要：文章通过调查问卷,深入了解图书馆设施、环境、文献、馆员和服务五大要素对读者在馆活动过程中主观幸福感的影响。考察分析读者主观幸福感的成因及个性差异,找出图书馆与读者之间的契合点,旨在探寻一条提高读者服务质量,提升读者主观幸福感指数的有效途径。By the means of questionnaire survey, this thesis aims at exploiting the influence on readers＇ subjective well-being, which related to facility, environment, documents, librarians and services of the libraries. It attempts to find out the conjunction point between libraries and readers by studying the reason caused readers＇ happiness and the individual differences, and explore an active way to enhance the quality of services and the readers＇ subjective well-being.
