摘  要:考察了Nafion212和山东东岳集团提供的短支链,低EW值的全氟磺酸膜(PFSA)质子传导率,并制备MEA,分别在75、85℃以及95℃三个温度条件下进行了单电池测试。测试结果表明:在95℃温度条件下,山东东岳集团提供的PFSA性能优于Nafion212膜,因此选取前者提供的质子交换膜制备5片MEA组装成100 W电堆,并在80℃和95℃条件下对电堆进行性能测试和抗CO测试,结果表明:在不同温度条件下阳极进气采取增湿时电堆性能大大优于未增湿时电堆性能,提高操作温度可以使CO耐受性得到很大提升。The proton conductivities of Nafion212 PEM produced by Dopont and shorter branched-chain and lower equivalent weight(EW) perfluorosulfonic acid membranes produced by Shandong Dongyue Group were investigated.Both of the PEM were employed to prepare MEAs,which were tested on a single cell at 75,85 ℃ and 95 ℃ respectively.The results show that,the performance of PEM produced by Dongyue Group is better than Nafion212 at 95 ℃.Therefore,PEM produced by Dongyue Group was selected to prepare five MEAs,which were assembled to be a 100 W stack.The performance of the stack was investigated under different operating conditions.The results show that the peak power densities of stack with 70%RH anode gas inlet are much higher than that without anode gas humidity at both 80 ℃ and 95 ℃;Moreover,the CO tolerance of stack improves when temperature rises.
