摘  要:研究了脲醛改性呋喃树脂制备过程中加成阶段甲醛与尿素的摩尔比(F/U),加成及缩聚阶段的pH值、反应温度、反应时间等因素对树脂外观和性能的影响,分析了导致树脂浑浊、分层、放置出现沉淀的原因,总结了各工艺条件与树脂性能的关系。制备出了树脂砂强度高、外观透明、储存稳定性较好的树脂。The factors that affect the appearance stability and properties of urea-formaldehyde modified furan resin during the preparation process were studied,such as the molar ratio of formaldehyde-to-urea(F/U)in addition stage,the pH values,reaction temperature and reaction time in addition and condensation stages.The reason that lead to the turbidity,layered and precipitation of the resin was analyzed,and the relationship between process conditions and the properties of resin was summarized.Finally,the transparent uniform resin with good appearance stability was prepared.
