摘　　要：采用湿型砂工艺生产湿地履带板,代替手工水玻璃砂生产方式。通过工艺改进、工艺验证及小批试生产,实现了湿型砂批量生产湿地履带板。同时提高了产品质量,降低了生产成本,缩短了制造周期。The green sand was used to produce wetland creeper tread instead of the sodium silicate-bonded sand.The mass production of the wetland creeper tread was realized through process improvement,verification and small-batch trial production.At the same time,the castings＇ quality was improved,the production cost was decreased and the manufacturing cycle is shortened.
