摘　　要：本文从系统论的角度出发,借鉴业务流程管理(BPM)思想,从前期准备、设计实施、试用维护三个阶段和业务流程的识别、描述、规范、组合及顶层架构设计和系统结构图绘制六个具体步骤,设计了一个包括"预警准备"、"培训演练"、"应急处置"、"修复重建"、"评估反馈"五个功能模块的档案容灾系统,用以统筹规划和管理各项档案容灾工作。In this paper,from the perspective of system theory,the authors apply Business Process Management（BPM） theory into archival disaster-tolerant design by three stages as ＂preparation＂,＂design＂ and ＂implementation＂ and six steps as business process identification,description,specifications,combination as well as top-level structure design and system structure drafting,then design an archival disaster-tolerant system which includes five function modules such as ＂crisis warning＂,＂training and exercises＂,＂emergency response＂,＂restoration＂,＂evaluate and feedback＂ for the reference of the disaster-tolerant work of archives.
