摘　　要：煤炭在国民经济中发挥重要作用。文章分析了东西煤炭企业资源整合一般效应,并从中总结出东西部煤炭企业资源整合的条件,结合整合所存在的障碍,指出东西部煤炭企业整合的路径选择。Coal plays an important role in nation＇s economic.in this paper,general effects of coal enterprise resource integration have been analyzed,and the integration conditions also have been summed up between East and West Coal Enterprise.According to barriers in integration,some strategies for integration were put forward.
