摘 要:提出随机载荷的纵向分布和横向分布。根据2种分布分析了传统的载荷-强度干涉模型的局限性,指出载荷-强度干涉模型适用于随机载荷作用一次或静态的零件可靠度计算。研究了载荷大小与机械零件平均失效率之间的关系,利用标准载荷计算出随机载荷作用时2种不同分布下的零件可靠度计算模型。基于载荷纵向分布的可靠性模型需要大量的载荷-时间历程样本。当获得的样本数较少时,可以使用基于载荷横向分布的可靠性模型。最后,通过实例证明了提出模型的可用性和合理性,以及区分随机载荷概率密度函数属于何种分布在计算零件可靠度时的重要性。The transverse distribution and the longitudinal distribution of random loading were proposed.The limitation for traditional loading-strength interference model was analyzed based on these two kinds of distributions,and pointed out that the traditional loading-strength interference model is suitable for reliability calculation when random loading acts once or the static reliability calculation.Then,the relationship between the magnitude of loading and the mean failure rate of the mechanical components is studied.By using the standard loading,the reliability calculation model of components is estimated under the transverse distribution and the longitudinal distribution.The reliability model based on the longitudinal distribution of loading needs a large number of samples of loading-time history,and when the number of samples is small,the reliability model based on the transverse distribution of loading should be used.Finally,a case study shows the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed models,and the results also show that it is important to identify random loading probability density function pertains to which kind of distribution when calculating the reliability.
