摘 要:为了降低履带车辆电传动系统所需电机功率,提高电机功率在全行驶工况的利用程度,在分析履带车辆双侧独立电传动方案的优缺点基础上,提出了可实现履带车辆转向功率机械循环的电传动方案。建立了该方案的运动学、动力学数学模型,并进行了运动学、动力学及部件功率需求特性仿真分析,绘制了不同转向工况下的功率流图。采用此方案可以非常有效地降低履带车辆对电机的功率需求。For the purpose of decreasing the motor power required by the electric transmission system of the tracklayer,and increasing the utilization of motor power in full drive condition,the electric transmission program of steering power's mechanical recycle of tracklayer was put forward based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of a tracklayer independent bilateral electric transmission scheme.Both the models of kinematics and dynamic mathematics were established.The simulation analysis of kinematics and dynamics as well as part power requirement was carried out.The power flow sketches in different steering conditions were drawn.It comes to a conclusion that the motor power required by the tracklayer can be reduced effectively if this program is used.
