摘 要:选用新育成的4个甘蓝型油菜恢复系与10个不育系进行不完全双列杂交,对40个杂交组合的6个主要农艺性状进行配合力和遗传力估算与分析。结果表明,在一般配合力上,父本的优劣顺序为C18-14、0575R>94R-1>RH9417,母本的优劣顺序为MZA、5YA>503STA>5Y503A、821E503A>503A>821E5YA>821STA、YT508A>STA;单株产量特殊配合力最好的组合是5YA×94R-1;性状遗传力以单株粒数和单株荚果数较高。An incomplete diallel cross was made by using 4 restorer lines as male parents and 10 sterile lines as female parents.The general and specific combining ability(GCA and SCA) and heredity ability of 6 characters were analyzed.The results showed that(i) GCA performance of restorer lines was in the following order,C18-14、0575R94R-1RH9417.GCA performance of 10 sterile lines was as follows,MZA,5YA503STA5Y503A,821E503A503A821E5YA821STA,YT508ASTA.(ii)As far as SCA of yield per plant for combinations was concerned,5YA×94R-1 was the best.(iii) Heredity ability of grains per plant and yield per plant was higher relatively.
