摘　　要：记述了丽步甲陕西亚种Carabus formosus nili各虫态的形态特征、生物学特性。在陕西杨凌地区,该虫1年发生2代,以成虫在土壤中越冬。成虫在5月上旬至10月下旬活动,分别于5月下旬至6月中旬及8月下旬至9月中旬产卵。卵期7~9 d;幼虫2龄,历期分别为4~6 d,14~18 d;预蛹期16~19 d;蛹期7~10 d。成虫以蜗牛、蛞蝓、蚯蚓及多种鳞翅目幼虫为食,幼虫主要以蜗牛为食。Morphology and biology of Carabus formosus nili in every stage were described in Shaanxi province.It had two generations per year and overwintered in adult stage in soil in Yangling,Shaanxi.The adults occurred from early May to late October,oviposited from late May to late June and from late August to late September respectively.The egg stage lasted for 7-9 days;the larval stage had two instars,the first instar lasted for 4-6 days,the second instar for 14-18 days;the prepupal stage lasted for 16-19 days;the pupal stage lasted for 7-10 days.The adults prey on snail,land slug,earthworm and many kinds of Lepidoptera larva,the larvae mainly prey on snail.
