摘  要:以耐盐性不同的2个番茄品种中蔬4号和白果强丰为材料,珍珠岩为基质,1/2 Hoagland营养液为营养介质,研究了0~200 mmol/L NaCl对番茄幼苗生物量、含水量、叶绿素含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、氮磷钾(NPK)含量等的影响。结果表明:白果强丰在50~200 mmol/L NaCl、中蔬4号在100~200 mmol/L NaCl处理时,幼苗生物学产量显著降低,100~200 mmol/L NaCl处理显著降低了中蔬4号的根冠比。在100~150mmol/L NaCl下,白果强丰的干物质量显著高于中蔬4号。随盐浓度的增加白果强丰幼苗地上部的含水量逐渐减小,而中蔬4号则表现出先增加后减小的趋势。两个品种幼苗叶片叶绿素总量和叶绿素a的含量随盐胁迫浓度增加先增大后减小,叶绿素b不受盐处理的影响。2种番茄幼苗叶片脯氨酸(Pro)的含量随盐浓度增加而增大,在100~150 mmol/L NaCl下,中蔬4号的Pro含量高于白果强丰。盐胁迫降低了幼苗全N和全K含量,对全P影响不大;但盐胁迫下,白果强丰的养分含量高于中蔬4号。两个品种综合比较,中蔬4号养分吸收能力较弱,受盐胁迫的影响较大,自身调节能力差,因此抗盐能力弱于白果强丰。This paper was to study the effect of salt stress on biomass,shoot water content,chlorophll content,proline content,and total NPK content of tomato seedlings with the soilless culture in greenhouse.The used cultivars were "Zhongshu No.4" which is more sensitive to the salt stress,and "Baiguoqiangfeng" which is more tolerance to the stress.The cultural materials were perlite and 1/2 Hoagland nutrition solution with 0-200 mmol/L NaCl.The results showed that the biomass,root dry weight and shoot dry weight of cultivar "Baiguoqiangfeng" under 50-200 mmol/L decreased significantly,and so did "Zhongshu No.4" under 100-200 mmol/L The root/shoot radio of cultivar "Zhongshu No.4" decreased significantly under 100-200 mmol/L salt stress.Biomass of "Baiguoqiangfeng" was significantly higher than that of "Zhongshu No.4" under 100-150 mmol/L NaCl.Water content of of "Baiguo qiangfeng" was gradual down as salt concentration increased,but the content of cultivar "Zhongshu No.4" increased in the 0-100 mmol/L NaCl,and then decreased in 200 mmol/L NaCl.Both total chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a increased in the lower salt concentration and decreased in the higher salt concentration,but chlorophyll b content was not affected by the salt treatment.Proline content of both cultivars increased as salt concentration was up.Proline content of "Zhongshu No.4" was significantly higher than that of "Baiguoqiangfeng" under 100-150 mmol/L NaCl.The total N and K content in the seedlings of both cultivars were decreased by the salt treatment,but nutrition content of "Baiguoqiangfeng" was higher than that of "Zhongshu No.4" generally.The cultivar "Zhongshu No.4" was more sensitiveto salt stress than "Baiguo qiangfeng" because of better plant NK nutrition and capability of self-regulation of later in the salt stress condtion.
