摘 要:川东北地区海相气藏埋藏深,水平井垂深6 700 m,井底温度高(超过160℃),对水平井轨迹控制技术提出了较高要求。为了提高超深水平井钻井技术水平,中国石化在川东北超深水平井进行先导攻关。针对五开裸眼水平井的实际,文中从高温对定向工具的影响、超深对轨迹控制和钻具的限制等方面全面分析了川东北水平井钻井施工的难点,并针对性地从工具优选、剖面优化及控制方法确定等方面对川东北超深水平井轨迹控制技术进行探索,提出了在川东北超深水平井侧钻施工应用1.75°大弯角螺杆钻具、定向造斜段应用1.25°高温螺杆钻具、水平段使用抗175℃高温MWD及旋转导向技术的轨迹控制方法。The marine gas reservoirs in Northeast Sichuan Area are buried with deep depth. High bottom hole temperature (over 160℃) and large vertical depth (nearly 6,700 m) give rise to a tough problem to horizontal well trajectory control technique. To enhance the ultra-deep horizontal well drilling capacity, Sinopec has made the pilot research on ultra-deep horizontal drilling technology in Northeast Sichuan Area. According to the design for horizontal wells with 5 spuds and open hole completion, this paper comprehensively analyzes the difficulties of horizontal well drilling in the area, which mainly include the effects of high temperature on orienting tool and the effects of ultra depth on drilling tools and trajectory control methods. The trajectory control technique of ultra-deep horizontal well in the area is discussed from the aspects of toni optimizatinn, profile optimization and determination of control method. The trajectory control techniques, including the use of 1.75° positive displacement motor during sidetrack drilling operation, the use of 1.25° positive displacement motor in directional buildup interval, the use of MWD tools with temperature resistance larger than 175 ℃ and rotary steering technology, are proposed for ultra-deep horizontal well in the area.
