摘 要:介绍南昌市八一大桥斜拉桥换索工程的施工监控内容。该桥在换索施工的同时调整部分索力,使得换索完毕桥梁几何状态较换索前变化很小、但索力分布更加合理。在充分调查文献资料及现场情况的基础上,采用有限元方法,建立多种计算模型,分析换索过程结构的响应,以确保安全;换索过程中加强结构响应监测,包括索力测量、塔偏测量、桥面线形测量、应力测试等,根据监测结果不断修正计算模型,使得施工控制紧密结合桥梁实际状态。实践证明,该桥的施工监控是成功的。The construction monitoring and control of cable replacement for the cable-stayed bridge of the Bayi Bridge in Nanchang City are presented.At the same time the cable replacement was being constructed,part of the cable forces of the stay cables of the bridge were adjusted to make the changes of the geometric status of the bridge after the cable replacement become very little as compared to those of the geometric status before the cable replacement and make the cable force distribution become still more rational.On the basis of thorough consultation of the relevant literatures and data and also the field investigation,the finite element method was used to set up different calculation models and to analyze the response of the structure in the process of the cable replacement in order to ensure the safety of the structure.The monitoring of the structure,including the measurement of the cable forces,pylon displacement,deck geometric shape and the testing of stress,was reinforced and the calculation models were constantly modified in accordance with the results of the monitoring to consequently keep the construction control closely in pace with the actual conditions of the bridge.Practice proved that the construction monitoring and control of the bridge was successful.
