摘　　要：采用专家访谈、实地调查、问卷调查、会议研讨等方法,从高校高水平运动队建设历程与地域分布、办队模式、运动项目设置和布局、管理体制、"学训关系"、训练保障等方面对我国普通高校高水平运动队建设现状进行了全面调研,找出存在的问题,提出发展对策。The use of expert interviews, field surveys, questionnaires, meetings, seminars and other methods, Construction of university sports teams from the course and geographical distribution, do team mode, sports and layout, management system, ＂between learning and training＂, training, protection and so on general status of university sports teams building a comprehensive research, Identify the existing problems,proposed the development of countermeasures.
