数字微量加样器检测校准方法的研究

摘　　要：针对数字微量加样器在几种工作模式下的加样准确性对生化检验结果影响的问题,本文采用称重法对数字微量加样器的普通模式、粘液模式、分液模式等工作模式下检测校准方法、检测校准结果处理和表达进行了研究。此研究对数字微量加样器的使用和生产具有实际指导意义。The accuracy of the digital pipette with multi-working modes will directly affect the biochemical testing result,so calibrating the digital pipette at regular intervals is an urgent need.This paper uses the gravimetric methods to calibrate the digital pipette in the several working modes,such as PIPETTE,RPIPET and STEPPER,and studies how to process the measurement data and express the measurement results.It has practically guiding significance for the digital pipette＇s use and production.
