摘  要:目的:探讨健康教育在改善老年冠心病患者治疗依从性及血脂水平中的效果。方法:选取2008年1月~2010年6月我院80例老年冠心病患者,将其随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采用常规治疗模式进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加强健康教育,并对两组患者治疗前后的治疗依从性、相关知识知晓情况及血脂水平进行检测及比较。结果:经研究发现,观察组的治疗依从性明显高于对照组,相关知识治疗情况好于对照组,TCH、LDL—C及TG均低于对照组,HDL—C水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:健康教育在改善老年冠心病患者治疗依从性及血脂水平的效果较佳,值得推广应用。Objective: To study the efficacy of the health education in improving the treatment compliance and blood lipid level of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2010 were selected as research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases), the control group were treated with routine therapeutic modebased on the control group, and the observation group were given health education. Then the treatment compliance, awarenbss situation of related knowledge and blood lipid level of the two groups before and after the treatment were detected and compared. Resuits: The treatment compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group, awareness situation of related knowledge was better than that of control group, TCH, LDL-C and TG were lower than those of control group, HDL-C was higher than that of control group, there were significant differences in the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of health education in improving the treatment compliance and blood lipid level of elderly patients with coronary heart disease is better, and it is worthy of extension and application.
