硝苯地平加氨茶碱治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨硝苯地平加氨茶碱治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎的疗效及其安全性。方法受试者为我院及梅州市人民医院呼吸科收治的慢性喘息性支气管炎患者68例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,在常规治疗同时,均用氨茶碱0.25g,加入5%葡萄糖100ml中缓慢静滴,1次/d,疗程7～14d。治疗组加用硝苯地平片,首次10～20mg舌下含化,以后改口服每次10mg,3次/d。结果经1个疗程治疗,治疗组34例中,显效28例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率97.1%;对照组34例中,显效26例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率94.1%。两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(U=0.6276,P=0.53)。但血气分析比较(PO2升高,PCO2降低)提示,治疗组疗效更为显著(P<0.01)。结论硝苯地平加氨茶碱治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎是安全有效的。Objective To Discuss the therapeutic effect and safety of treating chronic asthmatic bronchitis with nifedipine adding Aminophylline.Methods 68 patients with asthmatic bronchitis from affiliated Hospital and Meizhou Municipal People＇s Hospitol were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.Besides conventional therapy,patients in control group were treated with 0.25g Aminophylline added in 100ml 5% glucose solution intravenous dripping once a day,course of treatment was 7-14 days.The treatment group were added nifedipine sublingual administrated 10-20mg first time before taken orally 10mg three times a day.Results After a course of treatment,the treatment group（34 patients） got 28 cases in excellence,effectively in 5 cases,1 case ineffective,the total effective rate 97.1%,34 patients in the control group,powerfully 26 cases,effectively in 6,and 2 cases ineffective;the total effective rate 94.1%.The comparative of two groups efficient rate was not statistically significant（U=0.6276,P=0.53）.But blood gas analysis（PO2 upgrade,PCO2 degrade） hint the curative effect of treatment group was more significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis with Nifedipine adding Aminophylline was safe and effective.
