摘　　要：目的探讨后腹腔镜治疗重复肾、重复输尿管的临床体会。方法诊治2例左侧重复肾及重复输尿管患者,均经过超声、CT及CT尿路造影(CTU)证实。该组2例病例均行后腹腔镜左侧重复肾及重复输尿管切除术,其中1例输尿管口囊肿予以旷置。结果 2例病例手术过程顺利。手术平均时间为110 min,平均出血量为100 mL。2例病例术后均未出现并发症,平均住院时间为15 d。术后1个月复查肾功、B超均未见明显异常。结论后腹腔镜治疗重复肾及重复输尿管安全易行,创伤小,并发症少。【Objective】To investigate the clinical experience of retroperitoneal laparoscopic treatment of duplex kidney and uretal duplication【.Methods】We have diagnosed 2 patients suffering from renal duplication and uretal duplication.They were both confirmed by B-ultrasonic,CT,CTU.Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy and ureterectomy was performed,and ureteral orifice cyst was held.【Results】Two operations were successfully carried out,and the average time was 110 minutes,the average bleeding volume was 100 mL,no post-operative complica-tions occurred,and the hospital stay was 15 days.A post-operation check on renal function and B-ultrasonic ad-ministered 1 month after their procedures presented no obvious abnormality with them.【Conclusions】Retroperi-toneal laparoscopic treatment for duplex kidney and uretal duplication is safe,and feasible,and with less trauma,less complications.
