天马镇居民高血压患病现况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解社区居民高血压患病率和生活方式。[方法]对都江堰市天马镇60岁以上居民建立健康档案及进行有关因素调查。[结果]该镇的高血压的患病率37.2%,女性高血压患病率有随年龄增加呈升高趋势(趋势χ2=4.308,P=0.038),高血压与文化程度关系不大,随着吸烟年支数的增加,高血压的患病率明显增加(趋势χ2=11.241,P=0.008)。冠心病、卒中中高血压患病率较高(χ2=9.24,P=0.002)。[结论]高血压的患病率较高,高血压的相关因素是女性年龄、吸烟年支数。慢性病冠心病和卒中中高血压的患病率较高。[ObjectiveJ To find out the prevalence of hypertension and the lilestyle in the social region. I MetnoosJ lhe residents above sixty years old were established their health fileS, and the relevant factors were investigated in Tianma county of Dujiangyan. [ReSUltS] The prevalence of hypertension was 37.2 % in the town, and it increased with the raised age in female＇ Hypertension was not very relative with the education, obviously increased with the package year of smoking cigarettes （tenden- cy, x^2= 11.241, P = 0.008）. The prevalence of hypertension was signifcandy higher in coronary heart disease and stroke pa- tients （X2 = 9.24, P = 0.002）. [Conclusion] The prevalence of hypertension was higher in Tianma county of Dujiangyan. The relevant factors of hypertension were female age and package year of smoking cigarettes. The prevalence of hypertension was hit,hPr in the chrnnic diSEAases including coronary heart disease and stroke.
