摘　　要：[目的]了解大学生艾滋病知识、态度和高危行为现状,为学校艾滋病健康教育提供依据。[方法]自行设计调查问卷,采用分层整群抽样的方法选取大学生共2300名进行问卷调查。[结果]只有42.4%的学生知道世界艾滋病日具体的时间,23.7%听说过"四免一关怀政策",48.1%的学生知道蚊虫叮咬不传播艾滋病。愿意与艾滋病患者握手的占41%,赞成婚前性行为的占11%;大学生性行为的发生率为11.3%,性伴侣2个以上的占4%;经常有静脉吸毒经历的占0.7%,偶尔向非正规组织卖过血的占0.9%;与他人共用牙刷、剃须刀等行为发生率比较高。[结论]大学生对艾滋病的基本知识了解还不够全面,对艾滋病的认识和对患者的态度较好,当代大学生的性观念发生了很大的变化,有必要加强学校艾滋病健康教育,尤其加强大学生的心理、道德教育。[Objective] To understand the college students of AIDS knowledge, attitudes and status of high-risk behav- ior, in order to provide a basis for sehool health education about AIDS. [Methods] By serf-designed questionnaire, we used stratified duster sampling method to collect 2 300 students to conduct a questionnaire survey. [ Results] Only 42.4% of the students knew the specific time of World AIDS Day. 23.7% of them had heard of the ＂Four Frees and One Care＂ policy. 48A% of them knew that mosquitoes spread of AIDS. Who was willing to shake hands with AIDS patients accounted for 41%. Who was in favor of premarital sex accounted for 11% ; The incidence of sexual behavior of university students was accounted for 0.7/%. Who occasional sold to non-formal organization of blood accounted for 0.9%; who Shared toothbrushes and razors with others had relatively high incidence. [ Cor~｜usion ] College students d^e basic kno^dedge about AIDS is not comprehensive enough. The AIDS awareness and attitude of patient＇s better idea of contemporary college student＇s sex, great changes had taken place, it is necessary to strengthen school health education about AIDS, particularly in strengthening the college student＇s psychologi- cal and moral education.
