摘 要:目的探讨振动反应成像技术(VRI)与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能的相关性。方法对210例COPD患者行肺功能和VRI检查,分析VRI结果与肺功能的相关性。结果COPD患者的VRI图像评分(10.81±3.61)分,振动值(1.56±0.47)分,右肺QLD值(49.63±12.03)%,啰音数(5.00±7.66)个。VRI图像评分与第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)呈线性相关(r=-0.486,P〈0.01),线性回归方程为Y=74.3923.017X(Y:FEV1%pred,X:图像评分)。结论VRI图像评分与肺功能FEV。%pred在COPD患者有良好的相关性,可用于其病情的评估和监测。Objective Explore the relationship between vibration response imaging (VRI) and lung function test in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 210 COPD patients received lung function test and VRI exam. The relationship between VRI result and lung function were analyzed. Results The VRI results of COPD group were: graph grades (10. 81 ± 3.61) scores, vibration value (1.56±0.47) scores, QLD of right lung (49.63±12.03) %, crack counts (5. 00±7. 66) scores. There was a linear relationship between VRI and FEV1 %pred (r =-0. 486, P 〈0.01). The model of the linear regression was: Y = 74. 392-3. 017 X (Y: FEV1% pred, X: VRI graph grades). Conclusions There was a linear relationship between VRI and FEV1% pred in patients with COPD. VRI is a good way in assessment and monitoring COPD.
