摘　　要：目的建立流行病学调查表ontology库,实现基于ontology流行病学调查表定制。方法使用protégév3.1建立流行病学调查表ontology库,通过计算机网络技术实现B/S(服务器/浏览器)架构的流行病学调查表定制。结果通过建立ontology流行病调查表本体库可以实现流行病学调查表定制功能。结论建立流行病学调查表ontology库是实现流行病学调查表定制的基础,应用现代计算机技术和通信技术可以实现流行病学调查表的定制功能,流行病学调查表定制可以增强现场流行病学调查的工作效率,增强调查信息的可处理性。Objective To establish an epidemiological questionnaire ontology database and to implement an original epidemiological questionnaire based on ontology.Methods The tool protégé v3.1 was used to establish an ontology database,and an original questionnaire B/S（Browser/Server） configuration was implemented via computer and web technology.Results An epidemiological questionnaire ontology database was established and an original questionnaire was implemented.Conclusion Establishment of the epidemiological questionnaire ontology database provided the basis for implementing an original questionnaire.Use of modern computing and communications technologies allowed implementation of an original epidemiological questionnaire.This may help to improve the efficiency of epidemiological surveys and make survey information easier to process.
