冠心合剂对家兔颈动脉球囊损伤后血管形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察冠心合剂对兔颈动脉经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)损伤后血管内膜增生的影响。方法:运用球囊原位扩张、拉伤致兔颈总动脉损伤建立PTCA术后内皮损伤模型。从术前3天开始各治疗组予相应剂量冠心合剂灌胃给药,分别于2、4、6周处死动物,取手术侧颈动脉标本观察血管形态并计算内膜和中膜厚度比(I/M)、内膜和中膜面积比(SI/SM)。结果:中药各剂量组内膜增生、管腔狭窄较模型组减轻,I/M、SI/SM较模型组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠心合剂大剂量组6周的I/M、SI/SM值最低。结论:冠心合剂具有抑制PTCA术后损伤血管内膜增生的作用。Objective：To observe the effect of Guanxin decoction on vascular intimal hyperplasia after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty（PTCA） of rabbits.Methods：Endothelial injury models were established by using in-situ balloon expansion and strain-induced injury of rabbit carotid artery.The Guanxin decoction groups were fed correspondingly does 3 days before the operation.All the animals were sacrificed at the end of the 2ed,4th and 6th weeks respectively and operated carotid arteries were obtained.HE staining were used for observing arterial morphology and calculating the thickness ratio of intima and media（I/M）,the space ratio of intima and media（SI/SM）.Results：The Guanxin decoction groups have lower levels of intimal hyperplasia,lumen stenosis and densities of I/M、SI/SM and intimal collagen（P0.05）.The large-does Guanxin decoction group has the lowest densities of I/M、SI/SM and intimal collagen at the end of the 6th week.Conclusion：Guanxin decoction could decreased the neointimal hyperplasia after PTCA.
