摘  要:目的:优选两头尖总皂苷的最佳提取方法和提取工艺。方法:以两头尖中总皂苷的提取率为指标,考察回流法、超声法、微波法提取两头尖总皂苷的优劣,并采用正交设计法优选两头尖总皂苷微波提取工艺。结果:两头尖总皂苷的最佳提取工艺为,使用60%乙醇,10倍量,微波提取8min。结论:微波提取两头尖工艺简便、经济、合理,此工艺条件可行。Objective:To study and select the optimal extracting technique of Liangtoujian total saponin.Method:Regarding the content of total saponins in liangtoujian as the index of investigation,the methods such as the circumfluence exaraction,ultrasonic exaraction and microwave exaraction as affecting the content of total saponins were studied.To compare three extracting methods for the Liangtoujian total saponin,and select the optimal microwave extracting technique by the orthogonal design method.Results: The optimal extracting technique of Liangtoujian total saponin was that 60% alcohol was used and the volume of solvent was 10 times as much as that of the amount of crude drug,the reflux time was 8 minutes.Conclusion:The microwave extraction process was simple,feasible,economical and reasonable,deserved popularizing all the more.
