祛脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝患者血铁代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察祛脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)患者血铁代谢指标的影响。方法:65例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为对照组32例,给予硫普罗宁注射液静脉滴注;观察组33例,给予祛脂方内服;两组均连续用药4周。观察两组治疗前后血总胆红素(TB il),直接胆红素(DBil),丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT),总胆固醇(Tch),三酰甘油(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),血清铁(SI),铁蛋白(SF),转铁蛋白(TRF),以及B超肝脏脂肪沉积变化情况。结果:祛脂方能降低NAFL患者血脂,改善肝功能,改善肝脏脂肪沉积,显著降低血清铁、铁蛋白和转铁蛋白水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),其作用明显优于硫普罗宁(P均<0.05)。结论:祛脂方能有效地降低NAFL患者血清铁、铁蛋白的升高,推测与其纠正脂质代谢紊乱,对器官的保护作用有关。Objective：To study the effects of Quzhi Chinese medicine on the level of serum iron of NAFL patients.Methods：65 patients were divided into two groups,group 1,including 32 patients,were given intravenous injection for 4 weeks using tiopronin;Group 2,including 33 patients,were taken orally for 12 weeks using Quzhi Chinese medicine.Before and after treatment,the levels of TBil,DBil,ALT,Tch,TG,HDL-C,SI,SF,TRF were detected,and the fat depositing in the liver was observed Results Quzhi Chinese medicine could reduce the level of FAT,ALT,SI,SF,TRF,and improve the fat deposition（P0.05 or P0.01）and were more effective than tiopronin（P0.05）.Conclusion： The Quzhi Chinese medicine could effectively decrease the SI and SF,the cause may be that the medicine could correct disturbance of lipid metabolism and protect organ.
