摘　　要：本文认为,市场经济是人类社会的伟大创造,只要市场经济存在,资本就是伴随物,如影随形。资本的本性是追逐利润,这是不能改变的,能够改变的是剩余价值由谁占有,归资本家占有时是资本主义社会,归社会占有时就是社会主义社会。资本原罪是一个伪命题,资本在增加就业、扩大税收、创造财富、改善人民生活等方面都发挥了积极作用。资本是现代生产力非常重要的因素,是其他因素的粘合剂,发挥着带动、推动和启动的作用。另外,资本不仅有追逐利润的本性,还有社会责任、社会公正、社会平等的属性,同时资本的炒作实际上是一种投资行为。总体看,政府对资本要通过调控减少其非理性行为,而不是直接扼杀其对利润的追逐。The author believes that market economy is the great creature of human society;with the existence of market economy,the Capital will be accompanying.Profit seeking,the nature of Capital,is unchangeable;what can be changed is who will own the surplus value.If the surplus value is occupied by the capitalist,it is the capitalist society;while it is occupied by the society,it is the socialist society.The original sin of Capital is a pseudo-proposition;Capital plays an important role in increasing employment,increasing tax income,creating fortune and improving living standard.Capital is one of the most important factors of modern productivity;it is the binder of other factors and playing an important role in leading,promoting and starting.Besides the nature of profit seeking,Capital still has other natures as social responsibility,social fairness and social equity;meanwhile,Capital speculation is actually a kind of investment behavior.On the whole,the government should decrease the irrational behavior of Capital by control,but not to cut the throat of profit seeking.
