摘 要:为模拟工程应用中齿侧间隙对齿轮机构响应频率的影响,建立了含齿侧间隙的单级齿轮机构多刚体模型,探讨了轮齿弹性接触碰撞力模型的参数辨识方法。对该机构进行动力学计算,比较了不考虑齿轮副间隙的线性机构和考虑齿轮副间隙非线性机构的响应频率,定量地给出了齿侧间隙大小与该机构响应频率的对应关系。计算结果表明,齿侧间隙的存在会降低机构的响应频率,并会产生多频现象。为优化齿侧间隙的大小、提高机构动力学特性提供理论指导。In order to simulate the effects of backlash on response frequency of gear mechanism in engineering application,the multi-rigid-model of one-stage gear mechanism including backlash is established.The parameters of geartooth contact-impact force model are obtained by means of curve approximation et al.Through dynamic simulation analysis on the gear mechanism,the response frequency of gear mechanism with backlash is obtained as well as the response frequency of gear mechanism without backlash.The corresponding relationship of response frequency of gear mechanism and gear backlash is also presented.The results show that response frequency of gear mechanism will be reduced by gear backlash and multi-frequency phenomenon will occur.Based on this,the gear backlash can be rationally selected and the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism will be improved.
