高效液相色谱法测定心可舒胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定心可舒胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量。以Hypersil ODS C18为色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-水(79∶5∶16,V/V/V)为流动相,流速1mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为210nm。在该色谱条件下,齐墩果酸的色谱峰面积与质量浓度(2.04—81.6μg/mL)线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.54%。结果表明该方法准确,简便,可用于心可舒胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量测定。A HPLC method was established for the determination of oleanolic acid in xinkeshu capsule.The Hypersil ODS C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used,and the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-water（79∶5∶16,V/V/V） at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min with column temperature of 30℃,and the detection wavelength of 210nm.The linear range of oleanolic acid was 2.04—81.6μg/mL（r=0.9998） with the average recovery of 100.54%.The method was simple and accurate,It could be used for controlling the quality of xinkeshu capsule.
