摘  要:以二乙烯三胺为交联剂合成了一种新型交联壳聚糖(DCCTS),研究了DCCTS对Se(Ⅳ)和Se(Ⅵ)的吸附行为,探讨了影响吸附的因素和吸附机理。结果表明,在pH 3.6时,DCCTS能富集分离Se(Ⅵ),最大吸附率达94%,最佳吸附时间为30min,饱和吸附量为42.7mg/g,吸附符合Langmuir方程。在此基础上建立了DCCTS富集分离3,3′-二氨基联苯胺分光光度法测定环境水样中的硒(Ⅳ)和硒(Ⅵ)的方法,此法检出限(3σ)为0.011μg/L,相对标准偏差为5.5%,回收率为99%—105%。A new type of cross-linked chitosan was synthesized with diethylenetriamine as cross-linking agent.The adsorption of Se(Ⅳ)and Se(Ⅵ)by diethylene triamine(DCCTS) was studied.The effect factor on adsorption and the adsorption mechanism were investigated.The results indicated that the DCCTS could concentrate and separate Se(Ⅵ)at pH=3.6,the maximum adsorption efficiency was 94%,and the best adsorption time was 30min,the saturated adsorbance was 42.7mg/g,the adsorption fitted Langmuir equation.A novel method for determination of Se(Ⅳ)and Se(Ⅵ)in environmetal water samples has been developed,which was preconcentrated and separated with DCCTS and determinated by 3,3′-diaminobenzidine spectrophotometry.The detection limit of this method was 0.011μg/L,the relatively standard deviation was 5.5% and the recovery was 99%—105%.
