特大型矿区群资源与环境协调开发效果评价方法研究

摘　　要：基于神华矿区资源与环境协调开发实践,研究了特大型矿区群协调开发系统,提出了协调度和适应性指数、评价指标体系和评价方法,并以神华矿区为例进行了协调性评价,其结果客观地反映了神华矿区的现状和发展趋势。Based on the Shenhua practice in coal resources development,the study focus on the system coordinated between coal resource development and the environment advancement,in the very big-sized mining-areas.Evaluated parameters,Coordination Degree and Adaptability Index be proposed as core of the index system and analytical methods.Taking Shenhua mining-area group as example,analysis is made and the results show objectively the consistency with the status and development trend.It would be of important reference for the coordinated development and management of very big-sized mining-area group.
