摘　　要：分析了贵州煤矿能源管理现状及存在问题,提出了加强煤矿能源管理的建议,并提出了相应解决方法和考核指标。an account is given in the paper about the current condition and existing problems in energy management in coal mine in Guizhou.The author suggests to enhancing the energy management for coal mines,and provides relative solutions and assessment indicators.
