摘　　要：认为非正式组织是建立在共同社会情感基础上自发形成的组织形式,作为正式组织的补充,在煤炭企业消除员工精神压力、安全生产技术交流、安全理念的渗透、安全管理制度建设等方面具有十分重要的意义。提出企业在安全文化建设工作中,应注意引导,发挥非正式组织的积极作用,消除负面影响。Informal organization is a form of organization that is spontaneously founded on common ground of social-psychological attached connections.As supplement of formal organization,it bears important significance in terms of easing employee pressure,sharing production safety technology,penetrating safety mindset,building safety management measures,etc.The firms in construction of safety culture should guild the informal organizations to impose positive effect and minimize the negative influences.
