摘　　要：介绍了淮北选煤厂浮选中前馈控制和反馈控制相结合的浮选控制系统,前馈控制用于跟踪浮选入料中的干煤泥含量,并按吨煤药耗来调节加药量;反馈控制则是根据实测的浮选精煤灰分,用优化控制算法进一步调整加药量,在保证精煤灰分的前提下,得到较高的产率,并降低了药剂用量。This paper introduces the flotation control which combined the feedforward control and the feedback control.The feedforward control is used for tracking the coal slime content in the flotation feed and for adjusting the foaming reagent and collector reagent according to the consumption by coal tonnage.The feedback control further changes the reagent addition amount based on the optimizing control algorithm in response to the flotation concentrate ash content detected in the production.The associated control results in high recovery and decreases the reagent consumption on the premise of the acceptable concentrate ash content.
