摘 要:为了研究细菌对孔雀石低酸度(pH=2)浸出的影响,对孔雀石的酸浸、无菌和有菌浸出进行了对比,考察了细菌和Fe2+的初始浓度对浸出的影响和调酸必要性,运用扫描电镜观察了浸出前后矿物表面形态的变化和细菌吸附特征,并用能谱线扫描定量分析了浸渣表面成分的差异。得出细菌和Fe2+的初始浓度分别为1×108个/mL和4.5 g/L时,细菌对孔雀石浸出的促进作用最佳。In order to study the effects of bacteria in malachite leaching of low acidity ( pH = 2), the contrasts of the malachite leaching with acid, sterile and bacteria were made to investigate the influences of the bacteria, the initial concen- tration of Fe2+ on leaching, and the necessity of acid adjusting. Then the scanning electron microscope was applied to ob- serve the changes of the mineral surface forms and the adsorption characteristics of bacteria before and after leaching, analyzing the difference of the surface composition of the leaching residue through quantitative analysis with spectral scanning. It was obtained that with the initial concentrations of bacteria and Fe2+ of 1 ×10^8/mL and 4.5 g/L separately, the bacteria own an optimum promotion on the leaching of malachite.
