摘  要:为降低某磁铁矿选矿厂的浮选尾矿品位,进行了新型磁浮选脱硅试验研究。结果表明,相比常规旋流-静态微泡浮选柱1次粗选、2次扫选反浮选工艺流程,浮选柱柱体附加脉冲磁场后采用1次粗选、1次扫选工艺流程,在入浮原矿性质和精矿品位基本相同的情况下,浮选时间缩短了30%,尾矿品位降低了6.35个百分点,回收率提高0.95个百分点。磁浮选方法在磁铁矿反浮选中的应用,为我国磁铁矿分选开辟了一条新的途径。In order to reduce the flotation tailings grade of a dressing plant of magnetite, experimental researches on the new magnetic flotation with silicon removal were carried out. The results showed that comparing with the conventional inverse flotation process of one-roughing and two-scavenging with cyclone-static microbubble flotation column, the process of one-roughing and one-scavenging after the flotation column was added with an additional pulsed magnetic field shortened the flotation time of 30% , reduced the tailings grade by 6.35 percent, and increased the recovery by 0.95 percent under the similar circumstances of raw ore' s nature and concentrate grade before the flotation. The application of magnetic flotation method in reverse flotation of magnetite opens up a new approach for the separation of magnetite in China.
