摘 要:在轻质多孔能漂浮于液相中的基体表面负载纳米钛晶体膜,可制备一种新型光催化材料。以含难降解的羟肟酸类捕收剂的选矿废水为研究对象,详细研究了晶体膜负载次数、废水初始浓度以及pH等因素对材料的光催化活性的影响。结果表明,负载5次胶体膜的材料在700℃下焙烧2 h,可以得到光催化性能优异的新型光催化材料。对浓度为33 mg/L的N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺溶液光降解3 h,脱色率可达95.44%。该新型光催化材料循环使用仍保持有良好的光催化活性。A novel photocatalytic material was prepared by compounding nanocrystal film of titanium on surface of the substrate which are light multiporous and recyclable and floated in aqueous phase. Taking wastewater from benefieiation of hydroxamie acid floatation collector with difficult degradation as research subject, the effect factors of the compounding times of crystal film, original concentration of wastewater and pH values on photocatalytic activity of the material were investigated. The results showed that a novel photocatalytic material with good photocatalytic performance was prepared by compounding crystal film for 5 times and roasting at 700℃for 2 hours, Through photodegrading to the N-hydroxy phthalimide collector with concentration of 33 mg/L for 3 hours, the deeolorization ratio reached 95.44%. This photocatalytic material still keeps favorable photocatalytie activity when recycled.
