摘　　要：从鹤峰县近10年来天然林保护工程的实践,对工程区生态效益如森林覆盖率、森林类型、水源涵养效益、生物多样性变化进行分析评价,进而探讨了鹤峰县天然林保护与利用的关系。Hefeng County, as one of the water collection areas of the mid--and upper--reaches of Yangtze River, is one of the key areas of Natural Forest Protection Project. In this study, based on the practice of the natural forest protection project in Hefeng over the past decade, it analyses and evalutes the ecological benefits of the project area, such as the forest cover, forest types, water conservation benefits, and changes in biological diversity, and then explores the relationship between protection and utilization of natural forests in Hefeng County.
