摘  要:目的分析院内感染铜绿假单胞菌的药敏谱和金属β-内酰胺酶的产生情况。方法对2009年度医院内感染铜绿假单胞菌259株,用VITEK 2 compact全自动微生物分析系统检测其对17种抗生素的药敏谱,用双纸片协同试验检测金属β-内酰胺酶。结果铜绿假单胞菌对AMP、FTN、CTT、SAM等耐药率较高,对TOB、AMK、GEN、TZP等较敏感;金属β-内酰胺酶携带率为5.0%,产酶菌株耐药情况严重。结论结合细菌药敏谱慎用碳青霉烯类,合理利用抗生素,对治愈铜绿假单胞菌引起的感染及控制产金属β-内酰胺酶菌株的流行具有重要意义。Objective To analyse antimicrobial susceptibility and producing metallo-β-1actamase of Pseudomonas aeruginosa which led hospital infection. Methods With the Vitek 2 compact automatic bacteria identification system to detect the antimicrobial susceptibility included 17 antibiotics for 259 Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates which led hospital infection. With double papers synergic test to detect the metallo-β-lactamase produced by imipenem resistance strains. Results The isolates had a high rate of drug-resistance against AMP, FTN, CTT and SAM, but had a high rate of sensitivity against TOB, AMK, GEN and TZP. The rate of strains producing metallo-β- lactamase was 5.0%, these strains had a very high rate of drug-resistance. Conclusions Detecting the antimicrobial susceptibility and rationally using antibiotics, hospital infections of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the prevalence of strains producing metallo-β-lactamase should be effectively controlled.
