摘　　要：信息网络技术的广泛应用而产生的一种新的社会组织结构形态—网络社会,构建和谐社会应当包括和谐网络社会的构建。需要研究网络社会中的网络侵权、网络犯罪、信息污染、信息侵略及信息鸿沟等非和谐现象,并运用法治手段解决这些非和谐现象,促进和谐社会的整体实现。The extensive application of information network technology generated a new structural form of social organization―net society,and building a harmonious society should include construction of a harmonious network society.We need to study issues about network infringement,cyber crime,information pollution,information aggression,information gap and other non-harmony phenomena in the network society,and apply the rule of law to solve these non-harmonious phenomena,promoting a harmonious society as a whole to achieve.
