摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会是党中央根据我国社会深刻变化,适应改革与发展进入关键时期的客观要求而提出的一项战略任务,是社会各界关注的焦点。当前农民工的生存状态令人忧虑,对构建社会主义和谐社会产生了十分不利的影响。必须按照构建和谐社会的要求,建立和完善社会支持网络、规范工资管理、建立农民工组织,不断改善农民工的生存状态。Building socialist harmonious society is a new task China faces in the period of deepening reform and promoting development and is a focus people pay attention to. At present, living conditions of migrant workers are not so satisfying, which is a negative factor in building harmonious society. According to the requirement of building harmonious society, China must set up and improve social support system, standardize wage management, establish organization of migrant workers and keep on improving their living conditions.
