摘　　要：鉴于厨房在住宅中的特殊地位以及复杂的功能要求,设计时原则上要体现功能使用及设备设施布置的合理、舒适、卫生和安全,各部分之间的相互协调配合及符合人的行为活动规律,即遵循整体的设计方针。Owing to the special status of a kitchen in a housing, and its complex functional requirement, kitchen design must in principle reflect functional use and its equipment and apparatus being set reasonable, comfortable sanitary, and safe, and also being matched among all parts and following the human law of activitice, that is in accordince with the principle of integral design.
