摘 要:采用响应面法优化了海藻酸钠-壳聚糖-粉末活性炭生物微胶囊(SA-CA-PAC)的制备工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,应用Plackett-Burman实验设计筛选影响微胶囊机械强度的重要参数,采用最陡爬坡实验逼近最大区域后,利用Box-Behnken设计确定重要参数的最佳水平。结果表明,影响微胶囊机械强度的重要参数为壳聚糖浓度、壳聚糖pH和液化时间。最佳工艺条件为:壳聚糖浓度1.799%,壳聚糖pH6.0,液化时间为7.31min。此时机械强度为730.31g/cm2,与实际值725.64g/cm2接近,表明模型拟合度好。Preparation conditions of alginate-chitosan-active carbon powder microcapsules(SA-CA-PAC) were optimized by response surface method.Based on the single factor experiments,the important parameters were screened by Plackett-Burman design,and the path of steepest ascent was used to approach to the biggest region of mechanical strength.Then,the optimum values of the parameters were obtained by Box-Behnken design.The results showed that the important parameters were the concentration and pH of chitosan solution and the liquification time.The optimum technical conditions were as follows:mass concentration of chitosan 1.799%;chitosan pH 6.0;liquification time 7.31 min.At this condition,mechanical strength of as-prepared microcapsules could reach 730.31g/cm^2,which close to practical value 725.64g/cm^2,so the model fits pretty well.
