摘　　要：通过对现有高速公路交通紧急事件分类方法的分析,结合交通紧急事件对高速公路交通流的影响,综合考虑交通紧急事件发生的时间、空间特点,提出基于交通影响条件下的高速公路交通紧急事件分类方法,该分类方法有助于交通管理人员就交通意外事件对道路交通流的影响进行定性分析,进而在此基础上做进一步的定量分析,为高速公路交通事件应急管理提供业务基础和理论指导。Through the analysis of the existing expressway transportation emergencies classification method,combined with the influence of traffic emergencies on traffic flow on the expressway,the overall evaluation transportation emergencies occuring the time,and the spatial characteristics are considered comprehensively,the highway transportation emergencies classification method based on the transportation influence conditions is proposed,This classification method is helpful in the traffic control personnel making the qualitative analysis for the influence of traffic accdents on traffic flow,then based on this the further quantitative analysis is made,the service foundation for the highway transportation event emergency management is provided.
