高性能混凝土耐久性技术指标在郑州黄河公铁两用桥中的应用

摘　　要：针对郑州黄河公铁两用桥环境作用等级及设计使用年限,对公铁两用桥高性能混凝土材料提出了混凝土中总碱含量和氯离子含量、含气量、早期抗裂性能、抗碳化性能、抗氯离子渗透性能等一系列的耐久性技术指标,并进行了混凝土耐久性试验,试验结果表明,郑州黄河公铁预应力箱梁混凝土具有较好的耐久性能,从而为提高郑州黄河公铁两用桥混凝土结构的耐久性能提供了保证。Considering the environmental action and design service life of the Zhengzhou Yellow River Bridge,a series of technical index about durability of high performance concrete are proposed,for example,alkali content and chloride content of concrete,air content of concrete,carbonization of concrete,resistance of concrete to chloride penetration.Meanwhile,the durability of concrete are tested.The results indicate that the durability of concrete used by Zhengzhou Yellow River is very high,So the concrete structure durability of the Zhengzhou Yellow River Bridge is guaranteed.
